Registration Information & Preschool Requirements
Registration Information for the 2010-2011 School Year
If you would like to pre-register for our Preschool or JK Alternative Program, please complete the pre-registration form and return it with a $50.00 non-refundable registration fee. Once the completed pre-registration form and the registration fee have been received, a program spot will be reserved for your child. For our Parent & Tot and Baby & Me sessions, the full session fee is due with the appropriate program registration form to reserve a program spot.
Please note that it is the preschools intention to offer the following programs for the 2010/2011 school year: Preschool, JK Alternative, Parent & Tot, Baby & Me. Programs offered may be subject to change depending on enrollment. If the program of your choice is cancelled due to low enrollment, your registration fee deposit will be returned to you.

School will commence in mid-September and you will be notified of your child(ren)’s starting date by mail in August. A school calendar will be given in September. Please note that the EOCP observes the same school vacations and statutory holidays as the Durham District school boards.
Preschool Requirements
Health and other requirements
For children attending EOCP
- A current health record
- Two copies of the Day Nursery Immunization Record Form
- Two photocopies of your child’s yellow immunization card
For adults volunteering at EOCP
- Complete a Medical Declaration of Health
- Has obtained a DPT booster within the last 10 years
- TB test is highly recommended
- Criminal reference check (CRC) is mandatory*
*This policy requires all volunteers providing direct service to children to complete a Criminal Reference Check. Volunteer parents returning for their second consecutive year only DO NOT need to submit a new CRC. The CRC can be obtained through the Durham Region Police at a cost of $15 (Volunteer).
